Consumers have filed a class-action lawsuit against Welch, suing them for false claims on certain products that 100% juice products are good for the heart.

Application deadline: March 7, 2022

Who can claim: As long as you have purchased the following three juices from Welch between March 23, 2016 and October 1, 2021 , you can participate in the claim:

• Welch’s 100% Grape Juice Concord Grape
• Welch’s 100% Juice Red Sangria
• Welch’s 100% Black Cherry Concord Grape Juice

Estimated compensation amount (total compensation amount $1.5M ) :

• If there is no proof of purchase, you can get $1 per bottle, up to 12 bottles;
• If there is a proof of purchase, the compensation is unlimited.

The compensation method can only be selected after submitting the information. Unlike the previous one, this time only Prepaid Mastercard, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle are supported.
